Damaged Shipment Policy:
If your new fountain or other product is damaged in any way immediately contact EIP and one of our representatives will assist you. Before you sign for the product it is incredibly important that you inspect the item for damage. DO NOT SIGN A WAYBILL UNTIL YOU HAVE FULL INSPECTED YOUR FOUNTAIN TO ENSURE IT WAS NOT DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT. Please note any damages on the bill of laiding or delivery receipt. Do not sign waybill until you have inspected the merchanise. Signing waybill releases the trucking company of liability if in fact there is damage. If you are unable to inspect product at the time of delivery, you may accept product without signing waybill. You have 3 days to inspect product, sign waybill and fax to trucking company. If it all possible, take digital images of any damage to crate or product and email to us at email@example.com. Any damaged products will be assesed and replaced at no cost to you.
Important : Any return must be shipped back in its original packaging/crate. Therefore, please retain all original packaging materials, crates, boxes. EIP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have reached their shipping destination and have been comfirmed.
